Shipping Policy
- We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders of $79 or more.
- Packages are generally shipped out as USPS First-Class Mail, on occasion we will send as USPS Priority Mail if the rates are good. We do not give refunds for USPS delays.
- Most in stock orders placed before 5 p.m. Monday-Thursday will be shipped the next business day.
- Most in stock orders placed before 5 p.m. Friday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
Pickup Policy
- We offer local pick up at our Vinyl Market in Goose Creek, at Picture This! in St. George, and by appointment in Moncks Corner.
- A handling fee for local pickup at our Pickup Partner Locations in Moncks Corner and St. George will be assessed at $3.25 per order pickup.
- There is NO HANDLING FEE for orders picked up from our Vinyl Market location in Goose Creek.
- We offer NO HANDLING FEE on all pick up orders of $40 or more.
- Most orders placed before 5 p.m. will be available for next business day pick up at the location of your choice.
- Orders must be picked up within a 15 day period. If they are not picked up after 15 days, we will collect the order from our pickup partner location and return it to inventory. You will receive a refund for your order minus a 25% restocking fee.
Return Policy For Online Orders
- All sales are final. Please double check your order before it is placed to ensure you receive the proper material.
- In the event your order must be canceled prior to it being shipped, there will be a 20% restocking fee for any canceled orders. In the event of a cancellation, you will be refunded the amount of your order MINUS the restocking fee.
- Make sure to provide the correct address for your shipment. Shine Daily Designs & Vinyl Market will not be responsible for the purchase or shipping expenses if an incorrect address is provided.
- Shine Daily Designs & Vinyl Market allows up to five (5) days upon delivery of an order to report any defective product(s).
- Defective products may be exchanged for the exact same product/amount purchased.
- Any defective product claims after five (5) days of delivery will be denied.
- Contact us by email to request a return authorization to exchange a defective product. We will inspect your return before issuing an exchange. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange based on product inspection.
- No returns on Gift Cards.
- Return shipping costs on damaged items will be refunded to the buyer not to exceed current USPS First Class rate.
Exchange Policy For In-Store Purchases
- All sales are final. Please double check your order before it is purchased to ensure you are buying what you need.
- No refunds are given for any previous purchase.
- We will exchange products previously purchased AS LONG AS IT MEETS ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
- Has NOT been opened or used in any way.
- The product or material is in good condition to resell. (Not squished, bent, pealed, opened, dirty, scratched, etc.)
- It is being brought back within 5 days of original purchase date.
- Proof of purchase is provided – (can be receipt in paper form or electronic form).
- We will inspect your return before issuing an exchange. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange based on product inspection.
- We allow up to five (5) business days after purchase to report any defective product(s) or reason for needed product exchange.
- Defective products may be exchanged for the exact same product/amount purchased.
- Any defective product claims received after five (5) days of delivery will be denied.
- There are no refunds on Gift Cards.
Please Note:
- Vinyl sheets may vary in size give or take a 1/4 of an inch, however they will always be as close as possible. Slight imperfects on the very ends may vary from sheet to sheet. We will not resend or refund for these imperfections. Different screens depict color differently. Color of vinyl received may differ slightly from the image on your screen due to screen variations.
