APPLICATION INstructions
Always test cut prior to any production run. For optimal cutting and weeding, maintain a line thickness of at least 1/16" for lettering & logos.​
ULTRAWEED INSTRUCTIONS:
Note: If the garment is 50% or more cotton it will require
280°F + degrees.
1-Color Application Instructions
  • Time: 12 seconds
  • Temperature: 260°F-300°F
  • Pressure: Medium
  • Peel: Hot

2-Color Application Instructions
Time: Press background layer for 2-3 seconds, place foreground layer for full application of 12 seconds
Temperature: 260-300°F
Pressure: Medium
Peel: Hot

StarCraft Soft Flex HTV INSTRUCTIONS:
1-Color Application Instructions
  • Time: 8-10 seconds
  • Temperature: 285°F
  • Pressure: Medium to Firm
  • Peel: Warm

Application to blends that contain Rayon or Spandex
  • Time: 8-10 seconds
  • Temperature: 265°F (with two presses of 4-5 seconds each)
  • It is recommended to allow the garment to cool between presses.

Care Instructions
Machine wash inside-out using mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines. Do not dry clean.

​Storage
Store in a cool and dry area around 65 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit with 50% relative humidity. Keep away from direct heat, sunlight and humidity. Recommended shelf life is one year.
