Our burlap garden flags have a PVC backing which helps them to keep their shape and last in outdoor climates. The bottom ruffle is not lined. These are great for decorating with HTV or embroidery.


When using HTV, press in small bursts of heat and do not over press and do not press the top loop where the metal stack slides through.
